Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Subscription:

There is no refund for any subscriptions taken. However you can always cancel the subscription when you don’t wish to continue.

Consultation:

Things can come up and sometimes you may have to cancel your consultation. If this happens, we give you a full refund by deducting minimum transaction fees of 2% of the paid amount, as long as you cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. However, if you cancel within the 4-hour window before the consultation, it’s a no refund.

If a user needs to reschedule the booking, it has to be intimated at least 4 hours in advance so that we will arrange the next available time slot for the same consultant. Otherwise, we’ll have to book you with the next available consultant and tally the consultation fee according to their rates.

If the consultant cancels their appointment before the scheduled time, an alternative time slot with the same consultant will be arranged. If that does not work either, the time slot of another available consultant will be booked. If the user does not want to choose any of these options, a full refund will be processed by deducting transaction fees of 2%.
